






[China Federation of Automobile Dealers Commerce: Calls on Automobile Producers to Optimize Rebate Policies and Shorten Rebate Payment Periods]The China Federation of Automobile Dealers Commerce has issued an initiative calling on automobile producers to optimize rebate policies and shorten rebate payment periods: First, establish clear and transparent rebate policies. Simplify rebate settings, clarify rebate standards, and eliminate ambiguous rebates. In particular, for various types of non-fixed rebates provided by producers to dealers under different names to compensate for losses caused by factors such as price inversions, dealers should be able to have expectations and relatively clear calculation standards based on objective market conditions. Second, shorten rebate payment periods. Among the surveyed automobile brands, 18 brands have already achieved rebate payment periods within 30 days, fully reflecting these brands' social responsibility and brand image. Given the significance of rebates to dealers, we call on all brands to adjust their rebate payment periods to no more than 30 days. Third, refrain from imposing excessive restrictions on rebate payments and usage. Among the surveyed automobile brands, nine brands directly return rebates to dealers in cash, and dealers can freely use them. The company has made comprehensive arrangements for solid-state batteries. [Guangzhou: Targets Over 90% Share of New Intelligent Connected Vehicles at L2 Level and Above by 2027] The General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government has issued the "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the Development of Guangzhou's Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Industry." The goal is to achieve initial results in the transformation and upgrading of the city's automotive industry by 2027, with the scale of intelligent connected new energy vehicles continuously expanding. It aims to cultivate 2-3 automakers with an annual production of over 500,000 NEVs, achieve a production value ratio of 1:0.6 between complete vehicles and parts, significantly enhance the brand influence of complete vehicles and key parts, and lead the country in core technological innovation capabilities. Infrastructure for electric vehicles will be increasingly improved, and preliminary commercial applications of fuel cell vehicles will be realized. In terms of intelligent connected vehicles, the share of new intelligent connected vehicles at L2 level and above will exceed 90%. Application scenarios will be actively opened up to promote large-scale demonstration applications and pilot operations of autonomous driving. It has successfully developed sulphide solid-state electrolytes with high ionic conductivity and controllable micro-nano particle size, achieving stable preparation and possessing the capability for large-scale supply. Currently, multiple electrolyte products have obtained certification and introduction from downstream leading battery producers and automakers.
[Zangge Mining: Approval Granted for the Mami Co Project] Zangge Mining announced in the morning that Tibet Ali Mamicuo Mining Development Co., Ltd., which is invested and controlled by Jiangsu Zangqing New Energy Industry Development Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), in which Zangge Mining Investment (Chengdu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zangge Mining, participated in the subscription, has received approval from the Development and Reform Commission of the Tibet Autonomous Region for the lithium-boron ore mining project in the Mami Co Salt Lake mining area in Gerze County, Ngari Prefecture. The approval document is valid for 2 years. The total estimated investment in the project is 4.537 billion yuan, all of which is enterprise investment.
[BYD Responds to Rumors of "Solid-State Batteries to be Equipped on the Seal Model": False Information] In response to rumors such as "solid-state batteries to be equipped on the Seal model," BYD responded that this is false information, stating, "Currently, everything is unknown, and neither the first model nor the parameters have been officially reported." Recently, there have been market reports that BYD's solid-state batteries will be equipped on the Seal model, with an energy density of 400Wh/kg and the ability to travel 1,500 kilometers after a 12-minute charge.
